Mermaids
Mermaids are interesting creatures that have always been a wonder to the world, including me. Many people say this creature is just a mythological thing, but who knows. Maybe there is such a thing swimming about in the sea.
I chose mermaids to be my Legends topic because I love the ocean and its waves, the sand, seashells, as well as the sound it creates. Another reason I decided on mermaids is because I can relate to this topic; I'm a swimmer and mermaids obviously swim. I like this topic also because it leans towards my girly side. I always wondered about mermaids and in my eyes they're beautiful creatures, whether they're real or not.
