The Grim Reaper

The Grim Reaper. The big scary skeleton we see roaming the streets on halloween night in search for the souls of our yummy candy bars. However, who is the Grim Reaper and how did it come to be so. I've wondered this for awhile now, so I did some research on this feared creature and I got some interesting results.

Why The Reaper?

So, I've been asked by many friends and concerned family members why I chose to do my Fianl Legend Project on the Grim Reaper and why my colors were so...dark. Welll, to let every concerned human out there, my wonderful friend, Jazmin Gonzalez, picked this legend for me. She told me that it would be kind of...Interesting, for me to change my web pages from the happy, bright pages that I've create over my freshman year, and make one dark and somewhat scary web page to send my Web Page Design 1 out with. So that is why I did my legend on the Grim Reaper. Now, the color. I never thought I'd use brown in any web page I would make. As I was searching for images, however, I came across a Grim Reaper holding up cards. I edited it, and made it not only my container image, but also the focal point for my web page. I used the colors I found in the image, and I placed them around my web page. I thought it would be a good way to match my web page, but also make a statement. Don't go happy and bright, like you might be, but sometimes you should take a risk in your web page and take some interesting color choices...
