Bloody Mary is a game that has been around for years. As children, we were told about this legend by our friends. We were not sure as to how it came about, but when we were younger, it was one of the scariest things we could do. Anyone who dared to try it was definitely the bravest kid. We both tried it together for the first time at a party. Both of us were terrified, but we wanted to prove that we could handle it. We went into the bathroom and performed the chant. At the same time, with the lights out, we said aloud, “Bloody Mary. Bloody Mary. Bloody Mary.” Nothing happened, so we tried again. Yet again, nothing happened. We then learned that it was all a tall tale, but we decided that it would be fun to scare the other children. When we went out of the bathroom, we told them that we saw Bloody Marys face. All of the other children believed us, so we became know as the bravest children at the party!

• You have reached the point of no return and convinced one another that this game is worth playing for a few scares and thrills, so begin by assembling the items that you will need: a candle, a bathroom with a mirror and some brave friends.
• Get at least two people together in the bathroom that are willing.
• Have one person touch the mirror and the others hold hands, including the person who touched the mirror.
• Run some water because that was the last thing she heard.
• Chant Bloody Mary 3 times.
• Watch the mirror. Watch the mirror and be prepared to possibly witness something beyond belief or nothing.
• Leave the bathroom and breathe some fresh air. Laugh to release the nervous tension and debrief. The game has had its impact and its time to go and relax.
