I consider Audrey to be an excellent role model for girls of all ages. She once said "I never think of myself as an icon. What is in other peoples mind is not in my mind. I just do my thing." This is a great lesson for young girls. It tells them that they should be themselves, that just because one person thinks something, it doesnt make it true. They are what they make themselves. This is a message that most girls need to hear.
