The Amityville Horror
While searching for a topic for my project, I came across a legend that truly scared me and that legend was The Amityville Horror. This legend is about a possessed house haunted by spirts. Through out my childhood, I've always been afraid of ghosts. I didn't like being alone in my room at night because I thought a ghost was going to get me. So, I could imagine how the family who lived in that house felt when they realized that they weren't the only ones living there.
After the family moved out of the house, they wrote a book about their experience. In 1979 the first movie about the house on 112 Ocean Avenue, or The Amityville Horror house, was made. Many people would argue about this legend and say it's not true. Do you believe the legend of The Amityville Horror?
