Ted Turner is the founder of Cartoon Network which started in 1992 and aired cartoons such as Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies. A year before, Turner companies purchased Hanna–Barbera productions which let them use their famous known cartoons. Ted Turner also created CNN which is a television program used for showing universal news. Everyone thought he wouldn’t be able to achieve creating a popular television program but, he proved them wrong.
