When the Beatles first came out no one thought they'd end up being a sensational hit. Critics would say the most they'd last was a month and that the Beatles had nothing to bring to the table, but they were wrong. The Beatles were created in Liverpool in the 60's. The group consists of John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, and Ringo Starr. By the late 60's they were referred to as "The Fab Four". They thrived for more than 5 years, but eventually seperated in 1970. John Lennon got shot in 1980, and Harrison ended up dying from cancer in 2001. Although they are not together anymore The Beatles are a legend and continue to be played even now, 50 years later.

I chose The Beatles because I'm completely in love them. Their music has some of the most beautiful messages and always turn my days around when I listen to them. My uncle was the one who got me into them in the first place and i just can't stop listening to them. Then after watching Across The Universe my love for The Beatles grew even more. The Beatles will always live on, and remember... "Love is all you need."
