* Notice that #topnavigation is a nav and #bottomnavigation is a div. According to the HTML5 spec, only important navigation links need to be included in a nav. Since my #topnavigation will link to other pages within my site, I used a nav tag. Since my #bottomnavigation links will be external related pages, I opted for a div.
