You can use CSS3 to change colors and add many more onto the edges of the content for the text shadow as we speak.
CSS3 can also add pixels and make a chain of colors behind one another there.
CSS3 also allows you to change colors for certain changes along with the coding like the outside container as long ad it as the text shadow in it pretty much there.
